          Ingredients
          
            
        
              3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raw pistachios
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup hemp seeds
5 Tbs flax seeds, ground
1 cup coconut chips
3/4 cup Grade A maple syrup
1/2 cup olive oil
1 Tbs salt
        Preparation
        
                      
                                
    Preheat oven to 315°F.
Combine in a large bowl all ingredients and mix well.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake for about 45-55 minutes, stirring halfway or until toasted.
Sprinkle with 1 Tbs salt to taste.
Cool and enjoy!
