          Ingredients
          
            
        
              ½ cup (125mL) rolled oats
¼ cup (60mL) milk
¼ cup (60mL) siggi’s vanilla skyr
¼ cup (60mL) apple, grated
½ Tbsp maple syrup, plus more for garnish (optional)
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp chia seeds
Walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped, for garnish
        Preparation
        
                      
                                
    In a jar or bowl, stir together oats, milk, skyr, apple, syrup, cinnamon, and chia seeds. Refrigerate overnight. Garnish with walnuts and a bit more maple syrup, if desired.
